This is an operational reading of the agreement and delivery record. It keeps current-platform work moving quickly while preserving a clear line around standalone products, major expansions, and other work that deserves its own scope.
Normal improvements across the current ANC platform are consolidated into one operating agreement. Standalone products, major integrations, major migrations, and material changes in risk or ownership move into a separate written phase.
Core fixes, CRM improvements, proposal workflows, service operations, pricing tools, exports, and training have documented shipped work. AI and automation remain active; migration support remains available when prioritized.
The maturity display is intentionally categorical. It records what is verified, active, or ready without inventing a percentage of total effort.
The agreement deliberately removes constant small change orders for normal current-platform work. It also names the work that should not be absorbed into that lane.
Covered through December 31, 2026 and managed through the ANC priority list.
These items are discussed, scoped, and approved in writing before full execution.

The clean distinction is not “helpful versus unhelpful.” It is current-platform work versus standalone expansion. Strategic prototypes and new-system concepts can create real value while still requiring their own written scope to continue.
Interactive venue-world and demonstration environments extend beyond maintenance or improvement of the current ANC platform. They are reusable product direction, not a routine platform ticket.
Connecting existing services into an operator-facing marketing command center is a new-system opportunity. Foundation and strategy may be demonstrated; expansion belongs in its own phase.
The replacement concept and additional large modules were raised as future priorities. They are explicitly the kind of standalone product work that needs definition, ownership, timeline, and approval before full execution.
Presentation-ready concepts, prototypes, and decision environments add strategic value beyond a normal backlog item. Capturing them here keeps that contribution visible and gives successful concepts a commercial path.
Keep moving quickly inside the agreement. When an idea becomes a standalone product, new environment, major integration, or materially different responsibility, pause long enough to define the next phase.
The objective is continuity, not friction: protect the speed of the current model, document expansion value, and approve new phases before they grow into unpriced obligations.
